We used the Radisson for our wedding hotel block, and the hotel was very important to us! I needed a large space for getting ready (16 people plus vendors), and we wanted somewhere with a bar to help limit late night travel and the Radisson had it all. Majority of the time I worked with Jen, the director of sales, and she was always prompt when answering emails and even had in person meetings with us when I was concerned about renovations. Speaking of the renovations - you only know they are happening because you see the equipment. We didn't hear any construction at all, and all areas of the hotel were available to us. We did have a large block, but they were super accommodating when I needed to add rooms or adjust dates for our family that was traveling out of state. I was a bit nervous for the hotel at the beginning when we heard about the renovations but truly everything turned out perfectly. We also booked their shuttle for bridal party and family transportation in the afternoon for photos at the venue and that worked really well. It saved us money for booking a large shuttle for a longer time

I really enjoyed my stay at this Radisson. Even though the hotel has been under renovation for a while, it doesn’t affect the experience at all — everything is quiet, comfortable, and well organized. The location is great, the parking lot is large and convenient, and most importantly, the staff are genuinely kind and understanding. You immediately feel not like just a customer, but a welcomed guest. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at the Raddison, especially in comparison to the options in the area. The rooms were very clean and the bed is very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is helpful. Parking lot is huge and no issues when it comes to parking. Honestly, the best hotel room I've been in within a 30 mile radius

The hotel is currently being renovated on some floors. It appears that the lobby and other guest areas are completed, so we didn't see any of the construction except what was viewable from the hallways. The front desk was constantly busy. Usually only one employee working the desk. As busy as they were, the staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed one night. Check-in was fairly quick, there was a line but it moved. Upon entering our room, my wife was relieved to see that it looked clean and had been remodeled. The room is large and spacious. It was a hot summer day and the AC was set to 69. A few comments about the room: the bathroom looks like it was done by a first-time DIYer (Sloppy caulk, random lines of caulk on the tile in places it shouldn't be, paint drops/splatter, etc), the ac unit is controled by a thermostat. The thermostat line is laying out on the floor by the unit, the ac unit is loud (turning on and off all night) and the knobs we're removed so we couldn't put it on low. The room floor is vinyl flooring (which is nice, but also makes the room a bit loud). The TV remote didn't control the TV very well (we had to hold it up and point directly at the TV in a certain spot just to change the channel or adjust the volume, then had to get out of bed and find the power button on the tv to turn it off). There are outlets, USB, and usb-c plugs on both sides of the bed. The coffee maker is one of those single serve pod-type. The coffee tasted burnt. You get 2 regular and 2 decaf pods and 2 bottles of water (1 bottle makes 2 coffees). There is a small fridge (no freezer). No microwave. The king-size bed wasn't too bad. We've stayed in much more expensive hotels that had much worse beds. We did not use the dining facilities. There is a buffet breakfast available for $18. Our daughter and her family were also with us. Their room was similar to ours. NOTE: going to and from our room, we noticed several doors that were not closed all the way. Our door also did not close on its own. We had to pull it closed. There are 2 pools, one inside and one outside. We did not get to use either, but the hotel does require that you get a wrist band from the front desk if you want to use the pool. They have an employee at the door of the pool entrance checking for wrist bands. It seems that it would be much more efficient to just put in a card swiper to get into the pool area. We did get the wrist bands for the pool in case we had time. While we were in line waiting, there were several people in line who had already checked in but their key cards were not working. Overall, not a bad stay.

They are in the middle of renovations. Looks good so far. most of the room is good. It looks like they went halfway with the bathrooms. Old toilet old. Old tub. Nice mirror and vanity. The people are great! The location is fantastic and is a a ton of restaurants nearby.

This is, by far, my favorite local hotel. The indoor pool is so nice. Great restaurant. Make sure you all tip well. The staff is sold and they not only deserve the gratitude, that appreciate it. And they recently renovated and the rooms are nice. Ambient lighting. 2 sinks. Beds are great. Parking is never an issue. They must have the biggest parking lot in SE Pennsylvania. You will not be disappointed in this place.
